• We post a secure presentation gift coupon to you (or directly to your intended gift recipient)
• Your Gift recipient simply exchanges the coupon for a gift card in First Chapter in the Manor West Retail Park, Tralee & start spending immediately

• Payments are accepted by MasterCard and VISA only
• You must be 18 or over to make purchases on this site
• We use 3D Secure™ to process MasterCard and VISA payments
• MasterCard and VISA orders will be dispatched within 5 working days of receipt of payment.
• A 3.50% charge is applied to all orders to cover administration costs
• Current Financial Services Authority(UK) regulations require that the name and address details must be collected for orders in excess of €125 and that, for orders in excess of €500, official photo identification, such as a drivers license or passport, must be presented at time of collection of your gift card.
• To ensure safe delivery, registered post will be used. The standard cost of this is:- ROI €8.00, UK €8.30 and rest of the World €8.30 per order. Please note that these charges are subject to change.


NB: In order to be posted for delivery before Christmas, orders to be delivered to the UK and the Republic of Ireland must be placed before midnight on Thursday 18th December 2016.
